I took my splint off today for the first time since I got it last Tuesday. It’s doing fairly well. I can make a reasonable fist, though it hurts like crazy, and now open and hold objects well.

The knuckle has gone down the entire way and even the finger-length bruising has faded a little on the bottom, so it doesn’t look as awful as it did the first couple of days.

I’m just glad to have it to be testing it out!

It’s actually fun to play Dawn as male, because he gets disgruntled and frustrated faster then she does due to the shock of it all.

1. Write response normally
2. Go back in and rearrange some of the phrases
3. Omit anything that could be considered modern slang
4. Remove most contractions
5. Switch words for a better, diverse vocabulary
6. Test that it still means the same

This is why roleplaying with Dawn takes actually more work then any other muse I have had before. I think it’s a joy and love it, but sheesh does it kill time.
